New contracts for three of our players
Its very exciting day for Pasys fans. Three players of the last seasons team just signed new contracts. This means that Mateusz Bepierszcz, Robert Kowalówka and Kamil Kalinowski stay with us for the next season.
Kamil Kalinowski, a 27-years old attacker started the last season in GKS Tychy, but in January he decided to join Comarch Cracovia. His contract was valid until the end of last season. It turned out that he is the key player in the Rudolf Rohaceks team. Kalinowski scored 5 goals in the 22 games and had 9 assists. His new contract will be valid until the end of the next season and it also includes the one-year extention option.
Robert Kowalówka was born in Oświęcim and plays in our team since 2013/14 season. He has won two championships and one Polish Cup with Pasy. In the last season, he helped us to win a silver medal. Kowalówka played in 11 matches in which he had 93% efficiency.
- Im really grateful for the trust that club have placed in me. Im glad that I will still be able to wear a striped jersey. I promise to give 100% to make both coach and our fans pleased. In the next season, we will have a lot of work to do, but as always, we will fight for the biggest goals, both in league and European competition - said goalkeeper just after signing the new contract that will be valid for the next two years.
Mateusz Bepierszcz joined Comarch Cracovia before 2018/19 season and immediately became very important for our team. In the last season of Polish Hockey League, he played in 58 matches in which he achived 58 points for 23 goals and 35 assists.
- Im glad that I will stay in Cracow. I think that the first season was pretty good for me, but its always not enough. I enjoy working with our coach. I had a lot of chances to play and I started to believe in myself again. I also really like atmosphere in our team and thats why Im happy that I will still be a part of this group - said Bepierszcz after signing a contract that will be valid until the end of the next season with the one-year extention option.
Congratulations guys and good luck!
