Miloslav Jáchym was born on March 26, 1991 in České Budějovice and he started his carreer there.  The tall defender (194 cm, 93 kg) played in league lower than EBEL and Czech Extraliga. He also has played in almost 160 games of the Slovak Tipsport Liga. Jáchym scored there 8 goals and had 15 assists.

Until 2017/18 season he represented GKS Tychy, in which he won the champion of Poland title. Later on, he moved to Unia Oświęcim. Miloslav played there in 27 matches and achieved 12 points for one goal and 11 assists.

-  Cracovia is the oldest club in Poland and I am proud that I represent this team. I am here, because I want to win championship again and I will do anything to achive that - said Jáchym after signing the contract that will be valid until the end of this season.
