Marek Tvrdoň signs for Pasy!

Marek Tvrdoň was born on January 31st, 1993 in the Slovak town Nitra. His hockey career also started in his hometown, where he joined the local club. He plays as a striker and is also characterized by good physical conditions - at the height of 188 cm, he weighs 95 kg.

Our new player was a youth representative of Slovakia national team. In 2011, he was also selected by Detroit Red Wings in the fourth round of NHL draft with a number 115. In his career he played in the lower leagues overseas - AHL, where he scored 10 goals and 19 assists and ECHL (30G + 40A). He has performed 4 times as the Slovan Bratislava player in the KHL League as well.

During this season Marek played in three clubs: Saryarka Karaganda from Kazakhstan, Austrian Klagenfurter AC II and the English Nottingham Panthers, in which he played 24 matches, earning 17 points (8G + 9A).

- I decided to move to Cracovia because I heard a lot of good things about the Club. I know that this is the team that fights for the highest places every single year and thats why I want to be a part of this great history - said the player just after signing the contract, which will be valid until the end of this season.
