Jason Bacashihua comes to Comarch Cracovia!
Comarch Cracovia is getting stronger. The new goalkeeper just joined our team. Jason Bacashihua is a 35 years old Amercian goalie, who had played in the best hockey league of the world - NHL!
Jason Bacashihua was born on September 20, 1982 in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. He represented the United States at the Elite World Championship. In the NHL, Bacashihua played in 38 matches for St. Louis Blues. However, for the majority of his career, Bacashihua was a player for the AHL clubs, where he appeared in 275 games. Five years ago, he moved to Europe, where he represented Straubing Tigers in the German DEL, and then joined Slovakian club HC 05 iClinic Bańska Bystrzyca. During his two-years stay in Slovakia, Bacashihua won the championship and the title of the best goalie of the league. He spent the last season in the Asian League, playing for the Gangwon High1 team.
Jason Bacashihua has signed a one-year contract with Comarch Cracovia.
