Radziszewski and Dziubiński ahead of tomorrow’s CHL debut

Tomorrow is the big day! Comarch Cracovia will make their debut in the Champions Hockey League being the first Polish team to play in the competition. Heres what two of our players, Rafał Radziszewski and Krystian Dziubiński, had to say ahead of tomorrows Sparta Praha clash.

Rafał Radziszewski:

We know theres a difficult task ahead of us as its not going to be easy to take on Sparta Praga i Färjestad BK. However we will fight and try to do our best. Most of us have never played in a competition at this level so the Champions Hockey League games are a big thing for us, probably the most important in our lives. We all have to give our one hundred percent and hope that fortune will favour us if we want to face up to the challenge. I can assure you we will come onto the ice with a fighting spirit.

Krystian Dziubiński:

We have to keep on fighting no matter what happens - whether were going be ahead or three goals down after the first period. Everybody has to take it upon themselves, the names written on the back of their jerseys, to focus on their tasks, play responsibly and avoid making mistakes. This should allow us to play well, and who knows, maybe well cause a surprise. We are counting on our fans to come out and support us - its always easier for the home team to play being cheered on. Our rivals may hesitate for a split second when theyll hear our fans cheering and it may be just what we need to take advantage of such a mistake.
