We are happy to announce Florian Iberer has signed a Comarch Cracovia contract.

Florian Iberer is an experienced defenseman born on 7 December 1982 in Graz, Austria. He started his hockey career at EC Graz 99ers where he played for 6 years starting with the 1999-2000 season. Next he moved to the US where he played for Elmira Jackals, Quad City Mallards (UHL), Alaska Aces (ECHL), and Kalamazoo Wings (IHL). After he returned to Austria he was a part of EBEL teams - EHC Linz, EC Graz 99ers, Klagenfurter AC and from the 2014-2015 season Vienna Capitals.

‘Im really excited to join Cracovia. I think its a great opportunity for me. The whole city of Krakow is really excited about the Champions Hockey League so Im really glad I can join the team and hopefully I will be able to help the guys and we will have good time as Cracovia debut in the competition. I have some experience in the Champions Hockey League as I played there with Vienna Capitals twice. Its a great competition with top teams and really good players, exciting both for the fans and the players, said Florian after having signed a deal with Pasy.
