Next Monday Pasy go back to training

Comarch Cracovia are halfway through the first part of pre-season trainings. This week the team got a few days off and on Monday will be back at the club getting ready for the new season.

In the new season Comarch Cracovia are to play in the Polish Hockey League as well as the Champions Hockey League, which means the players had to buckle down. Now, after a few weeks of hard work the team got five days off and on Monday will resume trainings, which will last till the end of June. On 11 July the team will be back on ice.

We were working to improve the players strength and endurance. They need to build muscle mass if they are to make 60 or 70 appearances next season. On Monday we will be back in training. It will be time to improve speed and agility but there will also be some endurance-related excercices, says Comarch Cracovia coach Rudolf Roháček.
